Preparing tasty dishes is at the forefront of everything we do, using local, fresh and seasonal produce that is renowned for its quality and is truly typical of the region. Our culinary delights are perfectly complemented by our selection of fine wines from Trentino and all over Italy.
- Breakfast, from 7:30 to 10:00: a delicious and healthy buffet with homemade cakes and tarts, cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit juice and eggs cooked to order.
- Afternoon tea, from 16:00 to 18:00: after a day in the invigorating mountain air, why not enjoy a sweet homemade snack and fresh fruit (drinks not included).
- Dinner, from 19:00 to 21:00: Ristorante ai Masi offers a 4-course evening menu in a rustic and elegant setting, as well as a buffet of starters, salads, local dairy produce, fruit and desserts. The menu boasts a range of typical local dishes and Mediterranean cuisine prepared with passion using locally-sourced ingredients: mountain cheeses, local cold cuts, mushrooms, apples from Trentino, fresh homemade pasta and other fresh local produce of the highest quality. A selection of vegetarian dishes is also available every day.
We also offer high chairs and alternatives to our à la carte menu to accommodate our smaller guests, and we shall be happy to prepare puréed vegetables or baby food upon request.
