Here you can practice the following activities:
BARE FOOTING: you can practice barefoot hiking, a proprioceptive experience in total silence along trails immersed in nature in order to be more in touch with Mother Earth, to listen to your own body in a sort of return to our origins. You will walk on pine needles, tree bark, pine cones, soft moss, leaves, grass, and pebbles.
Benefits: Barefoot hiking improves whole-body balance, reduces stress, and reactivates microcirculation.
NATURAL KNEIPP: is barefoot hiking along specific sections of the Sarca river.
Benefits: The cold water reduces inflammation and congestion while narrowing blood vessels. It reinforces the immune system and restores psychophysical balance, while promoting relaxation and reducing stress. It stimulates vital energies and combats rheumatic disorders.
SILENCE ROOM: you will sit in a place of complete tranquility in which to spend time in total silence and to just breathe, admire the wonders of nature, meditate, and shake off the stresses of daily life. It is a place of peace and serenity, an open space suited to practicing yoga - such as meridian stretches or sun salutations - and meditating in complete freedom at any time of day.
ABBRACCIO AGLI ALBERI: profound contact with Mother Nature through tree hugging, breathing harmoniously, synchronizing one’s soul with the world around us, observing nature in complete silence, meditating, and sharing all of these values with the people around us. Trees, in certain cultures, are known as erect beings. They may not walk like we humans do, but rather their movement is that of supporting the energy found between Heaven and Earth.
Benefits: Recent studies have shown that hugging a tree, or even just being near one, improves focus and reaction times, while reducing depression and headaches.
SUN SALUTATION: is a sequence of 12 positions (asanas) executed harmoniously one after the other in a single exercise. They are synchronized with a specific breathing pattern such that the positions and the breath complement each other. You breathe in when bending back, which results in a natural expansion of the chest, you breathe out when bending forward, as the chest and abdomen contract. You hold your breath during three of the 12 asanas.
